Unplug24 asks one thing: stay off social media for twenty four hours, on one day, alongside schools, clubs and businesses across Australia.
It is held on 24 October, the anniversary of Mac Holdsworth's death, and it exists so that the day is spent talking to each other rather than scrolling past each other.
Ways to take part
- Sign up as an individual and commit to the day.
- Register your school and run it across a year level or the whole school.
- Put your workplace behind it and give your team a reason to talk about what is happening online.
- Fundraise, and turn twenty four hours offline into funding that keeps sessions running.
